1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HiveWebMotors (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
HiveWebMotors is an online marketplace that connects used car buyers with verified dealers. We provide tools to search, compare, and inquire about vehicle listings. We do not sell vehicles directly and are not a party to any transaction between buyers and dealers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Dealer Accounts
Dealers must complete our verification process before listing vehicles. By listing a vehicle, dealers represent that all information provided is accurate and that they have legal authority to sell the vehicle. Fraudulent or misleading listings will result in immediate account termination.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
- Interfere with the Platform's security or functionality
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Vehicle Listings and Accuracy
HiveWebMotors does not verify the accuracy of individual vehicle listings beyond dealer verification. Buyers are encouraged to independently verify vehicle condition, history, and title before completing any purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
HiveWebMotors is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by HiveWebMotors or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
